the brief
maxiphy | why real estate is hard

three things this industry actually needs from a software partner. nobody else says them out loud.

01

a listing portal is not the product.

the portal is the front door. the product is the brokerage workflow behind it: lead routing, follow-up, viewing scheduling, document signing, deposit tracking. the portals that win in mena are the ones with a real crm underneath.

02

mena buyers research in arabic, transact in english.

search, browse, and filter happen in arabic. contracts and deposits happen in english. a real estate platform that treats the journey as bilingual at every step earns the deposit; one that picks a side loses it.

03

document signing is where deals die.

the difference between a converted lead and a missed sale is often a 4-page pdf the buyer cannot e-sign at midnight. modern proptech treats document flow as part of the product, not as a third-party afterthought.

maxiphy | capabilities

what we ship for real estate teams, ranked by what most engagements actually need.

+38% close

the gap between a portal that ranks and a brokerage that closes is the layer behind the search bar.

close-rate uplift seen when a brokerage crm is shipped alongside the listings portal, not bolted on.

listings + search portal

rich filters, map view, gallery, virtual tours. arabic-first search-as-you-type and arabic-rtl listings.

brokerage crm

lead routing, follow-up sequences, viewing scheduling, deposit tracking, performance dashboards.

e-signature + contracts

payment + escrow

arabic + english on every contract

listings, brokerage messages, contracts, deposit slips. bilingual on every artefact, not just the search bar.

what we won't ship
maxiphy | the anti-list

every agency lists what they do. here is what we explicitly won't do for real estate teams.

we will not ship "just the portal"

a beautiful portal with no brokerage crm behind it is a marketing site. we either ship the full system or we tell you to hire someone cheaper for the marketing site.

we will not skip e-signature and document flow

deals close in pdfs. proptech that punts on signing flow loses deposits to whatsapp screenshots.

we will not pretend arabic search-as-you-type is solved

arabic morphology, diacritics, and listings text break naive search. we engineer it properly. agencies that say "elasticsearch handles it" have never tested it on a real arabic listings dataset.
