maxiphy is a software development and UX design agency founded in 2015 by Julien Hosri and Awsaf Ghorayeb. Based in Beirut, Lebanon, officially registered in the UAE (2016) and Lebanon (2018). ### UI/UX Sprint
A structured 30-day process that transforms new product ideas OR existing products into development-ready interactive prototypes. Covers 4 phases:
1. Discovery (week 1): Ideation workshop, competitor analysis, personas, user stories
2. UX Strategy (week 2): User flow mapping, information architecture, wireframes
3. UI Design (week 3): Moodboard, high-fidelity mockups, micro-interactions, design system, dark/light mode

A structured 15-day process that delivers a complete brand identity. Covers 3 phases:
